This Privacy Policy describes how OOHAHS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application OOHAHS (the “App”) available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

             

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

      

1. Information We Collect

      

The App does not require user accounts or registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, or login credentials.

             

We may collect the following limited information:

             

A. Information Related to App Use

      

        
• Custom color selections and light show preferences
        
• Event type selections (sports venues, concerts, gender reveal parties, or other)
        
• App settings and preferences you choose within the App
      

      

B. Automatically Collected Information

      

        
• Device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers)
        
• App usage data (features used, frequency of use, crash reports)
        
• Approximate location data (only if you grant permission) — used solely to help detect nearby events or venues when relevant
        
• Network and diagnostic information needed for basic App functionality

• Camera / Flashlight access (to control your device’s LED light for light shows)
        
• Location access (optional, for venue or event detection)
        
• Network access (to enable synchronized light shows with other nearby users when available)
      

      

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as precise continuous location tracking, biometric data, contacts, photos, or payment information.

      

2. How We Use Your Information

      

We use the limited information we collect only to:

      

        
• Operate and improve the App’s light show features
        
• Synchronize light displays with other nearby users during group shows
        
• Remember your preferred colors and settings on your device
        
• Analyze anonymous usage patterns to improve performance and reliability

3. How We Share Information

      

We do not sell your personal information.

      

We may share information only in these limited situations:

      

        
• With other users during synchronized shows: Temporary, non-identifying status information (such as the currently selected color) may be shared with nearby participants solely to coordinate the light display.
        
• Service providers: We may use trusted third-party providers for analytics, crash reporting, or infrastructure. These providers may only process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
        
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
        
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
      

      

4. Data Retention

      

Because the App does not use accounts, most preferences and settings remain stored only on your device. Any temporary data used for synchronization is not retained longer than necessary to complete the light show. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained only as long as needed for technical improvement and legal compliance.

      

5. Data Security

      

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

      

6. Children’s Privacy

      

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

      

7. Your Choices

      

You can control the App’s access to your device features at any time through your phone’s settings:

      

        
• Camera / Flashlight permission
        
• Location permission
        
• Network access
      

      

You may also delete the App at any time, which removes locally stored preferences from your device.

      

8. Third-Party Services

      

The App may use third-party services for analytics or crash reporting. These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

      

9. International Users

      

If you use the App from outside the United States, please note that limited technical data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version in the App and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
